Thailand - Maya Bay on Koh Phi Phi Le island, in Krabi Province, part of Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park. Steep limestone cliffs surround the shallow bay, giving the illusion of an almost closed lagoon. Between 1999 and 2000, Maya Bay served as a backdrop for "The Beach“, motion picture starring Leonardo Di Caprio, which considerably increased the number of tourists on that very small secluded beach before the Thai authorities eventually decide to ban access so that nature could regenerate. This photograph shows deserted Maya Bay recovering its resplendent natural beauty.

Since 1999, I have been working as a photographer and graphic designer for clients from both the public and private sectors. As a photographer, I work on various kinds of projects, wether it is in the studio for commercial imagery, or outside shooting landscapes, concerts, aerial imagery, architecture, wildlife, abstracts... mostly commissioned work for regular clients.
